#Upgrade of sfForkedDoctrineApplyPlugin#

This file contains the list of major plugin's version, and activities you need
to perform in order to install it. The list is thought that in order to upgrade
to equal or higher version you should execrcise recommended activities for
version between your and the one you're upgrading to.
